How cool is Grandpa?!

A cousin sleepover at Grandpa's ... with a midnight run to Village Inn.

There are so many times when I miss my mom.  I miss her for me.  And I miss her for my kids. They would have loved her!  But when I see pictures like this I am reminded that my kids were blessed with an extra special Grandpa.

A few days before Christmas they had a sleepover at Grandpas and took a midnight run to Village Inn for dinner.  I think most of the girls were in jammies.  The kids had a great time and are so lucky to have their "wild and crazy 86-year old" Grandpa!
